Beer Brewing Water Should Be Sterilized

In order to ensure the purity of beer, we should do some treatment with water before brewing beer. Beer brewing water can be sterilized using ozone sterilization. At room temperature, ozone (O3) is a gas with a characteristic odor, has strong oxidation capacity, nascent oxygen (O) can oxidize organic matter in water, destroy microbial protoplasm to kill microorganisms, but also to destroy microbial spores and viruses. This approach has many advantages, bactericidal effect is significant, remove the water color, turbidity and odor, and no other substance. But it has some shortcoming, such as the cost of purchase of equipment is higher, prone to corrosion problems. So we should pay attention to the amount of ozone and sterilization time. Shipment to Holland

The works for the Uiltje craft beer 30hl brewery project in our workshop is finished. Everything is filled in the containers and leaving China now.  The next step is our engineer fly to Haarlem Holland for the installation. New Piping Line Development

Here is the new developed piping line for fermentation section. All pipes are connected with trip clamp. The only work during installation is piping connection, no welding necessary any more. Beer Equipment Cleaning And Sterilization Technologies

Cleaning and sterilization of  beer brewing equipment  is the most critical technical measures to improve the quality of spilled beer. Therefore, in the beer production process, in addition to taking the right production technology, the device must be cleaned properly and timely and disinfected regularly. Beer production process come into contact with major equipment, including saccharification pot, pasting pot, boiling pot, wort transition machine or filter tank,  ferment tanks , wort coolers, beer transition machine, beer pipelines, filling machines, and various pipe fittings used in production and so on. Cleaning is to remove the dirt on the tank, piping and equipment surfaces. If sterilization is not thorough, dirt remained in the inner wall of the device and microorganisms would weaken the role of fungicides.
