Last week we installed one 2000L brewery system in Beaurainville, France, the  Brew House  is with 3 vessels: mash tun, lauter tun and kettle/whirlpool tun, then with one 4000L HLT. 4X 2000L insulated and jacketed fermenters, the control system has 2 touch screen, one is on the main cabinet near fermentation area, another rotate touch screen is on the brewhouse platform. Now our engineers are installing one 2000L brewery system in France for Brasserie Quentovic,the basic configuration is as below: 1.   Brew House  unit: 2000L mash tun+2000L lauter tun+2000L kettle/whirlpool tun,steam heating for mash tun and kettle/whirlpool tun. 2.  4000L hot water tank(steam heating with steam coil); 3.  4X2000L strong fermenters,with 3bar working pressure; 4.  Movable 100L CIP; 5.  Siemens PLC control with touch screen,one main cabinet near fermentation area, another movable control panel with touch screen for brewhouse unit.  

A new 10BBL brewery system is almost completed in ZYBREW workshop, basic configuration as below: - 10BBL  Three Vessel Brew House , with chamber and next type fire-proof material - Conical jacketed unitanks with ladder - BBT tanks for storage and mautration   This system is more suitable for North Amercia market, for client's energy using and brewing habbit.
