This is a 1000L brewery system we installed in Finland,the details are as below: 1. Stainless steel malt mill+ auger 2.  Brew House  unit:mash/lauter tun+ kettle tun+whirlpool tun, mash tun and kettle   Tun both with steam heating. 3. 2000L hot water tank with electric heating. 4. Fermentation unit:2000L CCT and 1000L horizontal tank. 5. Cooling unit:chiller+glycol water tank. 6. CIP unit:200L with 2tanks and trolley. Control unit:Siemens PLC control with 2 touch screens.

This is 500L  Three Vessels Brew House  with steam heating for our Canada clients.

A 7bbl gas fired two vessel  Brew House  configures PLC touch screen above multi board for the whole control and display during brewing process.  This design is suitable for 1.075SG brewing.  Molding in one insulation obtains additional insulation advantages, making the service life much longer.
